Collection & Delivery
We offer both HOME DELIVERY or COLLECTION service. You can now place all your orders through our online shop. We currently deliver within a 8 mile radius from our shop in Prestwood.
All orders can be made via our website which is super easy to use:-

- Pick the next available delivery or collection date
- Pay securely online
Can I collect my order from your shop?
We’ll be offering a collection for those who are able to still venture out for as long as we are able. If you are not in isolation and can collect your order from us, please do.
Which products are available to buy?
Please take a look at online shop for the full list of available items we have in our refill pantry.
We offer a selection of pantry goods such as grains, lentils, pasta, cereals, oils and baking items, fresh items including bread and pastries from our partners at Jungs Bakery, yummy traybakes from the Little Tring Bakery, as well as a selection of household cleaning liquids and beauty products.
We may from time to time have delays in sourcing some items due to the current situation, so you may find they are out of stock when you try and order via the website. We hope to have these back in stock as soon as possible.
What days of the week and times do you deliver?
We are currently taking each week at a time, so you may find delivery days fluctuate week to week. Available dates will be shown on our website when you order.
Our Collection Service allows customers who are able to leave their homes to collect their shopping from outside our shop. You can book a slot online and your order will be ready for this time.
If you have booked a Home Delivery, we aim for this to be with you between 12noon and 3pm. If you are happy for us to leave your items in a safe place, please indicate this when you order, and we would be happy to do so. We will usually leave your order on your doorstep, ring the bell and wait to make sure you are aware your delivery has arrived. We will not bring the box into your home as we would like to keep a safe distance from all customers.
Can I use my existing containers?
We are happy to accept your containers to refill with providing they are thoroughly cleaned and labelled. Please drop them to our shop no later than 24 hours before your delivery or collection
Where do you deliver?
We will be delivering within a 7-mile radius of Prestwood. You can still order from us and choose collection should you live outside of the delivery area.
Is there a minimum spend or delivery fee?
The minimum spend for any order is £10. Due to using additional packaging and delivery costs, we are charging a packing/delivery fee on orders under £30. This applies to both collection and home delivery.
What if I need to amend or cancel my order?
If you have placed an order and think of something else you need to add, you can create an account on our website which will then allow you to track your orders, amend any orders and reorder. Order add-ons will only be accepted 24-hours before your confirmed collection or home delivery date.
Cancellations can also be made up to 48-hours before your confirmed collection or home delivery date.
